Zer Audit

Zer Audit is a digital occupational health and safety audit and management platform that brings the entire process together in one system, end to end, from the field to the management desk. It has a three layer architecture made up of a mobile app for iOS and Android, a central API, and a web management panel: field auditors fill out digital forms and log findings instantly on the mobile app, while managers monitor the whole process, make assignments, and analyze reports from the web panel.

It's built to eliminate the problems that come with traditional paper based audits, such as hard to archive records, lost follow up processes, and missing data. Audits are carried out with digital forms, photographic evidence, and real time data flow; any non conformity identified is automatically assigned to the responsible person and tracked through to closure. Thanks to Active Directory integration, employees can sign in with their existing corporate identity, without needing a separate username and password.

Technology

Native mobile apps built with Swift and SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for Android; a server side API built on Laravel (PHP) and MySQL with Sanctum token based authentication and LDAP and Active Directory integration; and a lightweight, dependency free web interface for the management panel.
