Database Specialist

We are looking for a Database Specialist to take part in the installation, management, performance tuning and backup of our corporate clients' database systems. You will ensure that data is managed securely, reliably and with high performance.

Experienced in at least two of Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle Able to install and configure databases Proficient in backup and restore operations Able to analyze and optimize SQL queries Knowledge of index and performance management Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures Familiar with SQL Server Always On, replication or clustering technologies Knowledge of authorization and database security Able to perform monitoring and troubleshooting Attentive to data integrity and security Able to write scripts Able to prepare documentation
