Field Support Specialist

We are looking for a Field Support Specialist to take part in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, servers and network equipment at client sites. Providing on site technical support, you will quickly identify and resolve issues in the field and document the work performed.

Able to install computers, servers and network equipment Able to troubleshoot desktops, notebooks, printers and peripherals Able to install switches, access points and basic network devices Knowledge of cabling and cabinet organization Experienced with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Knowledge of IP addressing and basic TCP/IP Able to provide technical support at client sites Strong fault detection and resolution skills Able to prepare technical service forms and documentation Able to adapt to an intensive field work pace No travel restrictions Active driver, preferably holding a class B driving license
